*ALWAYS USE FACIAL OIL AND NEVER USE ON DRY SKIN. (this causes pulling of the skin)
1. Hold your Gua Sha on the smooth, curved side to your face. Gently glide it up and out, starting with the neck. Stroke down the neck, never upwards, to drain fluid.
2. Move onto jawline, chin and around the mouth, stroking skin between three and five times per area. Always take short strokes in just one direction, no back and forth. If you want to reduce puffiness, work lightly and then more firmly to relax facial muscles.
3. Pressing the tool flat to the skin, delicately stroke under the eyes or over any redness, to soothe and de-puff.
4. Work the Gua Sha in horizontal strokes over the brow bone to lift or hold and press upwards between your eyebrows to release tension.
