Returns + Order Issues

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept exchanges or returns. Please be mindful of our policy when placing your order. We offer travel sizes of Natura Culina products as an option for those who are still determining their NC routine. If you are unsure which set is for you, please reference the "shop by skin concern" or get a personized skin consultation with the founder, Lenka. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL when purchased during our promotions and sales.

If a product arrives broken, damaged or is missing from your order:

Missing Product: Please photograph the products that you received along with a photo of your order receipt and email us at support@naturaculina.com within 48 hours of order delivery.

Broken or Damaged Product:Please photograph the broken or damaged products that you received and email us within 48 hours of order delivery to support@naturaculina.com

Please keep in mind that our products are 100% natural and handmade in small batches to assure freshness. Slight variations from batch to batch are completely normal.

Lost & Stolen Packages

Natura Culina is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package is in the hands of USPS, shipping is out of our control. In order to recoup costs for the order, the customer must deal directly with USPS.  Each customer agrees to these terms and conditions at checkout, accepting responsibility for their package and communications with their local post office. USPS does offer online assistance to file claims for lost or stolen packages.
