It may take up to 7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Please keep in mind that during holidays and sales your order may take up to 12 business days to process and ship. Once your package ships, we will send you a notification email with the USPS tracking information. Once your order has shipped, it should be delivered within 2-5 business days. National weather variances can affect delivery speed, and is updated by USPS. Please keep in mind that we are a small team and our shipping schedule is subject to change during observed holidays.
*Orders placed on a Friday and over the weekend will not be processed until the following week. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday. We are closed on the weekends and all major holidays.
When specifying the shipping address for your order, please make sure to verify that the information provided is correct. If the wrong shipping address is provided and your package is returned to Natura Culina, the customer is responsible for the cost to resend the package.
You will receive an email notification with your tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please don’t forget to check your spam folder!
Natura Culina is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package is in the hands of USPS, shipping is out of our control. In order to recoup costs for the order, the customer must deal directly with USPS. Each customer agrees to these terms and conditions at checkout, accepting responsibility for their package and communications with their local post office. USPS does offer online assistance to file claims for lost or stolen packages.

We currently do not offer shipping to International countries.

If a product arrives broken, damaged or is missing from your order:

Please keep in mind that our products are 100% natural and handmade in small batches to assure freshness. Slight variations from batch to batch are completely normal.
