The Beginnings

Growing up in the European spa city of Karlovy Vary, known for its holistic approach to healing, I was surrounded with culture where wellness was viewed as a full-body experience. This philosophy shaped the early beginnings of Natura Culina, which began with nourishing body oils, exfoliating sugar scrubs, and gentle soaps infused with herbs. As the company evolved, my focus remained on treating the whole body until many of my loyal customers began asking for products specifically for face. I was hesitant at first but eventually expanded into facial care as you know it now.

In today's social media-driven world, where everyone shares advice on what to do and how to do it, it can feel overwhelming and confusing. It's important to remember that we're all beautifully different, and what works for one person might not work for another. Unfortunately, I see a lot of skin damage happening because of that. I always say "Trust your gut when trying new products. If your skin doesn't feel happy in the morning, it's likely because the products you are using doesn't match your skin's needs." But keep in mind that the health of your skin isn't just about products - it's also deeply connected to your lifestyle choices and habits.

While layering can benefit some, overloading your skin can actually disrupt skin's natural barrier, leading to various irritations. Especially in today's world, where skincare products are loaded mostly with synthetics and harmful chemicals that can eventually lead to health issues.

Truth: A simple, targeted routine focusing on hydration, nourishment, and protection is often more effective. Using minimal, high-quality products that address your skin's unique needs can make a world of difference.
